Police chief killed with rifle lost in ATF gun-tracking program
There were a number of people whom I know, who are not conspiracy crackpots, who thought that an important feature of this program was to convince Mr. and Mrs. American Stupid that US guns were getting to violent criminals and WE HAD TO DO SOMETHING NOW! In other words, enact more absurd gun "control" laws.
I've become one of those non-crackpot crackpots.
