So said my new neighbor by way of a greeting, an older gentleman and his wife who have replaced the nice family with the hot dogs who went back to Shelton, Connecticut last night. The new folks are in their mid-70's and like to go camping during the week in order to avoid the crowds. They had good insight into campgrounds to visit and those to avoid. They're from some place in western Massachusetts.
It is hot, but the humidity is manageable. I suppose I need to think about where to go next and I'm tempted to head for Maine where it's cooler, except the surfing there is horrible. Well, I have until Friday morning, so I can spend a couple of days deciding. I'm wondering about going to a big box store or mall and look for a tent. I should say an "air-conditioned" store or mall.
