It required two S.W.A.T teams to address an unarmed student in a Halloween costume? This is how unarmed people who are not breaking any laws wind up getting shot by the police.
Oh, this is a great idea: Union wants TSA agents to be armed. Couldn't they just borrow either the Environmental Protection Agency or Department of Education's S.W.A.T teams? [Yes, they both have them.]
Update: Oh, the "suspect" is black. Now I get it, especially on a campus where 74% of the student body is white and only 9% are black.
